We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a single session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson time are non-refundable, as our coaches have reserved that time specifically for you.
Absolutely. We highly encourage it! Most students use their phone's Voice Memo app. Recording your lesson allows you to practice effectively between sessions and review the technical adjustments made during your coaching.
Single sessions are separate transactions and cannot be retroactively applied to a membership. However, you can switch to a membership plan at any time to lock in the lower rate for all future lessons.
Both! You can choose to meet at your teachers' studio or connect via Zoom. Our coaches are experts at delivering high-impact training virtually, so you get the same quality experience regardless of location.
Bring a song you love to sing (or are working on) and a backing track if you have one. If you're coming for a vocal health check-up, just bring yourself! We'll handle the rest.
