Singing is
Theory.

Performing is
Practice.

Great performers aren't born, they are built through reps. What separates the pros from the amateurs is how they communicate with engineers, move with intention, and recover when things go wrong.

This is a performance lab, not a lecture. You won't just be informed; you will leave stage-ready.

The Lab Roadmap

01 // The Reframe

Professional Honesty

Shift your mindset from "singing well" to performing professionally. Mistakes are expected.

02 // The Booth

Sound Engineer Mastery

Learn the professional language of soundchecks. Mock scenarios for small venues, loud bands, and poor monitor mixes.

03 // The Mix

Dialing In Live Sound

Wedges vs. In-Ears. Learn to adjust your technique instead of panicking when the mix isn't perfect.

04 // The Movement

Physical Presence Lab

Neutral vs. Expressive stance. Audience connection drills and mic handling to build intentional presence without choreography.

05 // The Recovery

Performance Psychology

Intentional "mistake" exercises. Learn to lead the audience through lyric slips and vocal cracks with grounded nervous system leadership.

06 // Live Coaching

Real-World Integration

Integrated coaching focusing on movement, presence, and adaptability in real performance scenarios.

The Pre-Show Brief

What is a "Performance Lab"?

Unlike a lecture, you will be applying concepts immediately. Be prepared to stand, move, and interact with the coaching team in real-time performance scenarios.

What should I bring?

Bring a notebook, water, and be ready to participate in stage movement drills. A backing track for 90 seconds of a song is recommended.
